Saturday, September 3, 2011 - Oshkosh, WI. - The championship chase is over and the newly crowned champions will be set to do battle in the final stock car event of the 2011 season at Oshkosh Speedzone Raceway. The race is the highly anticipated Speedzone Fall Classic. The two-day event which will feature well over 150 different drivers competing for the largest cash prizes of the 2011 season.

Friday, September 2, 2011 - Oshkosh, WI. - The 2011 Champions at Oshkosh Speedzone Raceway were crowned a bit unexpectedly. A line of severe storms which rocked the Fox Valley Area had left thousands of people without power and left many people having to clean up after the storm's aftermath. Though there remained a slim possibility that the track would have been able to present the championship races, with the prediction and potential for additional severe weather track officials called off the scheduled events planned for the evening.
The Season Championship events presented by LaSure's Banquet Hall have been canceled due to rain. 2011 track champions are: Brian Drexler - Automotive Supply Company Modifieds; T.J. Smith - Miller Lite Grand Nationals; Zeke Bishofberger - Leon's Frozen Custard Sport Modifieds; Jeff Jungwirth - Total Power Sales Street Stocks and Jason Fairbank - Lynn's Serivce Center Dirt Devils

Wednesday, August 31, 2011 - Oshkosh, WI. - It's going to be a showdown, and just like the old west, the fastest reflexes, the best timing, and a little luck will come into play as to who is standing when the smoke clears. When the final checkered flag falls on Friday evening, five new champions at Oshkosh Speedzone Raceway will be crowned. For the point leaders the surest way to the championship crown is through the winner's circle, and for the challengers, their best hope is reaching the checkered flag first during the feature events.

Wednesday, August 31, 2011 - Oshkosh, WI. - It all comes down to this, four of the five divisions which compete weekly at Oshkosh Speedzone Raceway have their point championships up for grabs. The championship night program presented by LaSure's Banquet Hall will take place on Friday evening September 2nd. The race marks the final point night of the 2011 season.

Friday, August 26, 2011 - Oshkosh, WI. - Huge crowd witnessed Mike Kertscher hold off Billy Balog in a 6 lap dash to the checkered flag following a late race caution in the IRA Outlaw Sprint Main event held Friday Night at Oshkosh Speedzone Raceway. After the restart, Balog got underneath Kertscher on several occasions but Kertscher was up to the task to score the win. Balog would settle for second a car length behind while Donny Goeden would finish third.

Wednesday, August 24, 2011 - Oshkosh, WI. - Checking in with 800 horsepower coming from 410 cubic inch engines. Held to the racing surface with some of the widest tires seen on racing machines which are up to 18 inches wide and a pair of wings for incredible down force, these 1400 pound racing machines navigate the third-mile clay oval at Oshkosh Speedzone Raceway at speeds of nearly 120 mph.
The cars being described are the IRA Outlaw Sprints which will return, nearly 30 in number on Friday Night August 26th for the Graphic Point Night IRA Outlaw Sprint Special. Piloted by some of the finest Sprint Car drivers in the nation the upcoming IRA Sprint Car event will surely satisfy any need for speed.

Tuesday, August 23, 2011 - Oshkosh, WI. - In four of the five divisions the season long championship chase will be coming down to the wire. During a highly competitive season, where only a single driver has won more than three feature races the championship standings have proven the level of competition and parity among the race teams at Oshkosh Speedzone Raceway is at an all-time high.
Currently the title chases in the Automotive Supply Company Modifieds and Miller Lite Grand Nationals show multiple drivers with a shot at the championship.
