April 3, 2014 OSHKOSH, WI – The Oshkosh Speedzone is proud to announce the teaming up with the Corn Belt Late Model Racing series for the George Scheffler Memorial / Hales Corners reunion.
The Corn Belt Clash is proud to announce the addition of a late August three-day swing through Wisconsin. “We have been working on these dates for quite some time, and are excited about returning to Luxemburg Speedway and the Plymouth Dirt Track,” stated series president Cam Granger. The series will return to Luxemburg on the 21st and to Plymouth on Saturday the 23rd for a pair of $3,000-to-win shows.”
On Friday 22nd, the Corn Belt Clash will be bring the Super Late Model touring series for the first time to the Oshkosh Speedzone Raceway for the $6,000-to-win George Scheffler Late Model Memorial/Hales Corners Reunion. ”We are honored to be part of this annual event and hope to make this year’s race one to remember,” declared Granger.
The 2014 race season kicks off Saturday April 19, 2014 with the fastest cars on dirt! The IRA Outlaw Sprint Cars will invade the Speedzone for their season opener as well as the Speedzone season opener. Supporting classes will be Grand Nationals, Street Stocks and Dirt Devils.
