Tonight's Races Rained out. Rain Postpones Driver's Sponsor Appreciation Night until June 24th!

Friday, June 10th, 2011 - Oshkosh, WI- Due to the rain, the races for tonight have been canceled. The Driver Sponsor Appreciation Night will be June 24, 2011.

That program will be presented by Coor's Light and Total Power Sales and will feature all five divisions of racing with over 100 cars expected to participate in the event.

There are two events taking place this coming week.

An open practice session will take place on Tuesday Night June 14th. Pit admission will be $10 to practice on the raceway. Any type of car meeting minimum safety requirements will be welcome to take to the track. Grandstand admission is free.

Practice will take place from 5:00pm until 9:00pm. It's a perfect opportunity to check out the 1/3 mile clay oval and prepare your car for the racing season. 35 cars participated in the last open practice session two weeks ago and even more are expected to turn out for this upcoming session.

The next racing program on the schedule will be the IRA Outlaw Sprint Special to take place on Friday Night, June 17th. The 800 horsepower open-wheeled machines are the fastest cars to take to the 1/3 mile clay oval and are the featured division during the show. Joining them, will be the Miller Lite Grand Nationals, Total Power Sales Street Stocks and Lynn's Service Center Dirt Devils. It is a full point program for the Grand Nationals, Street Stocks and Dirt Devils.

Tickets for the event are $20 for adults, $10 for students 11-15 years of age and children 10 and under are admitted free.

Pit gates open at 4:00pm, with the grandstands opening at 5:00pm. The racing program will begin at 6:30pm.
